Customization
We print standard sizes to facilitate framing. Custom sizes, border options and framing are available upon request. To make a request, please use the contact form.
Custom Sizes
Our webshop features standard small, medium, large, and extra-large sizes designed to fit common frame dimensions. However, we can accommodate a wider range of sizes upon request.
Add Borders
By default, prints ordered through our webshop do not include a border. If you would like to include one, we can add a border of any size to suit your needs.
Framing
We offer a curated selection of framing options upon request, including black, natural light wood, and white.
Damaged or Lost Products
In the rare instance that you receive a damaged product, incorrect order or do not receive the product at all, please inform us through our contact form and we will do our best to find a solution.
Fine Art Paper
We offer two high quality paper options: Enhanced Matte Art (EMA) paper and Hahnemühle German Etching (HGE) paper.
Enhanced Matte Art (EMA) paper is a heavyweight fine art paper with a smooth, clean finish. This museum-quality material delivers consistent results, making it perfect for large, full-color graphics and illustrations. The matte surface enhances highlights and tones, bringing out the depth in the artwork.
Texture: Smooth | Finish: Matt | Whiteness: Natural white | Paper weight: 200 gsm
Hahnemühle German Etching (HGE) is a robust, textured fine art paper with a velvety matte surface. Optimized for high-contrast prints, it is ideal for fine art reproductions. This vegan-certified paper has a warm white tone, making it an excellent choice for paintings, lithographs, and fine art photography.

Key Differences between EMA & HGE
EMA (210 gsm) provides a high-quality art reproduction with a smooth finish. HGE (310 gsm) is our premium option that is a thicker, more textured paper. With its enhanced contrast and rich texture, HGE closely mimics the original artwork and is better suited for humid environments.
Paper Eco Properties
Both paper options are plastic-free and made from sustainably sourced paper/wood. Moreover, local fulfilment of this product helps to reduce carbon emissions associated with transport.

Giclée Printing Process
Giclée printing is an advanced inkjet process designed for high-quality fine art reproduction. Using up to 12 archival pigment-based inks, it delivers outstanding color accuracy and seamless gradient transitions, capturing the essence of the original artwork. Ink Eco Properties
Our water-based inks are 100% non-hazardous and toxin-free. They meet the strictest industry standards as defined by Oeko-Tex 100 safety applications for infant wear, Global Organic Textiles (GTOTS-3V), Residues Standard List (RSL) and the American Association of Textile Chemists and Colorists.

You will receive fulfillment and shipping notification emails, once you place your order.
Production & Shipping
Each order is crafted for you at the time of purchase. As a result, we require 3 to 10 business days to produce your item before it is shipped. Business days are considered Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays. Shipping usually takes 1-2 weeks.
We currently ship to the US, Canada, Europe and the United Kingdom. If you don’t see your country listed at checkout, reach out to us through our contact form and we’ll provide you with a custom shipping quote based on your location. Return & Exchange Policy
Due to the made-to-order nature of our prints, we do not offer refunds or exchanges. Please keep this in mind while making your selections.
